Most of our orders are processed the next day but please allow one or two days extra for unforseen issues.  You will be contacted if there is to be a delay. Orders placed over weekends and Public Holidays should be processed the next full working week day.

All deliveries are shipped by Chinese Post international airmail and delivery times are approx. 1-3 weeks. These shipments are untracked. There is also an option for 3-6 working day courier with tracking and signature on delivery.  Actual freight charges are based on weight and location.

Some countries have import duties and taxes that are not covered by our shipping service. These are the responsibility of the customer. 


Terms and Conditions

Damaged Goods and Returns Policy

Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. (After this time no claim can be made and Actwell will not be held liable.)  We will accept our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act by replacing faulty goods.

If you receive any product that has a manufacturer's defect, or has been incorrectly delivered, please contact us and return the product with suitable packaging to us.

Upon receipt of the returned product with your full details provided, we will examine and test the product.  If the product does not have a manufacturer's fault/DOA and is in full working condition or any defect or damage was caused after you took delivery of the product, we will return the product to you. You will be invoiced freight for the return of the product to you.

If the product is incorrectly delivered, you must return the product (preferably unopened) with suitable packaging to prevent damage in delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered to you, or you may arrange a refund with us.

We will offer refund if we cannot offer you replacement within a reasonable time frame. If the product is returned for reasons other than manufacturer's fault/DOA (e.g. change of mind etc.) we will charge the payment processing fee and shipping costs.


Please note:  Due to hygiene and health safety reasons, we cannot accept a returned product if the packaging has been opened.

Actwell accepts no responsibility for products not used according to manufacturer instructions.


Privacy Policy

Any information we collect from you throughout the ordering process is used only to process your order. All information supplied to Actwell is considered private and confidential and will not be passed on to a third party.
